The Operations Manager and Lead Personal Trainer at
Swift Performance Institute, Alvin brings over 10 years of experience in personal training, nutrition coaching, and fitness program management. He’s certified through both NASM and ISSA, and also holds a certification as an ISSA Nutritionist.
Alvin specializes in functional fitness, strength training, and sports and weight loss nutrition. His approach is all about meeting people where they are—modifying exercises when needed, focusing on safe progression, and helping clients build strength and confidence at every level. Whether you're transitioning from physical therapy or pushing toward new athletic goals, Alvin is passionate about creating a supportive environment where people can challenge themselves, grow, and feel their best.
A former collegiate baseball player who competed at both the University of Nevada and the University of West Florida. Known for his leadership and work ethic, Josh approached the game with focus and discipline, qualities that have carried over into his career off the field.
He earned his degree in Public Health with a focus in Kinesiology, blending his passion for athletics with a deeper understanding of how the body moves and functions. That combination of hands-on experience and academic insight sparked his commitment to helping others improve their performance and overall well-being.
Now a Sports Performance Coach at Swift Performance Institute, Josh works with youth athletes to build strength, boost confidence, and develop healthy habits that go beyond sports. His approach is rooted in purpose, movement, and a genuine desire to see young people succeed both physically and mentally.
Elsie is a dancer who suffered a knee injury. After PT was complete, Alvin has helped get her back in competition form.
